As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise customer-facing teams on tactics and strategies to ensure they possess the skills, knowledge, process, expertise, and access to information and materials required to create positive customer interactions.

The Business Acct Mgmt Solutions - Sales Enablement - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Advise and assist in establishing sales learning programs to continually enhance customer delivery teams' competence to drive business performance.
  • Support account teams through engagement strategies, continuous alignment, and learning within the Account Management organization.
  • Advise the account team on best practices for sales communications, customer engagements, and business success.
  • Develop strong relationships across the organization and advise account team on business improvement opportunities.

  • Relationship management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
  • Presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Identifying and selecting strategic options and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives.
  • Business Insight including advising, interpreting customer insights, benchmarking, etc.
  • Creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas.
  • Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
  • Performance measurement including evaluating programs and defining and measuring KPIs.
  • Managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
  • Learning and training including developing, facilitating and evaluating training.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and Acrobat DC
