We are seeking a Resident Care Director to become a part of our team! The RCD is to ensure that our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility is adhering to company policies and Community Care Licensing regulations (Title XXII).

This is a salaried position with bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication and treatments in accordance with facility policy
• Make arrangements for residents to obtain incidental medical and dental care 
• Prepare work schedule for assisted living care staff
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures

Experience a must

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Experience in a managerial role

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
