Job Description

Job Title:                                    Dishwasher/Maintenance Attendant

Immediate Supervisor:                  Manager on Duty

Purpose of job:                            To provide an environment and dining experience that promises and deliveries personal guest satisfaction by proving our guests with a clean and sanitary dining area, eating, drinking and serving utensils.

Responsibilities/Duties     

To include but not limited to:

 

Quantity of Work:                        Works quickly, efficiently and productively thorough the shift.  Looks for work to do when time permits.

Job Knowledge:                           Adheres to all standards for cleaning, sanitizing and equipment use.

Teamwork, Attitude &

Initiative:                                    Helps others get the job done.  Always a team player. Does all tasks assigned by management.

 

Cost Management:                       Avoids breakage.  Operates, cleans and maintains equipment to reduce wear & tear and breakdowns.

Sanitation:                                  Works in a neat, clean and orderly manner. Ensures sanitary condition in the operation of the facility.  Keeps all storage areas and work station organized, clean and sanitized.

Dependability, Punctuality

And Attendance:                          Attends work on time as scheduled. When absent informs management in a timely manner.  Attends scheduled meetings.

 

 

Personal Conduct &

Appearance:                               Maintains appropriate uniform, grooming and hygiene standards.  Follows standards of conduct and all company polices and procedures, systems & rules expressed by management.

Safety:                                      Works carefully and safely.  Helps others work safely and takes action regarding safety hazards (such as spills).  Uses equipment safely for its intended purpose only.
