We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing team. As the lead of the software development, your mandate is to continue developing a 3D design algorithm. The ideal candidate must be at ease with working in an agile environment under self-supervision. This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and test-driven development.

Summary Description :

·         Responsible for the creation and development of the FZ software for additive manufacturing (3D printing);

·         Conduct research and apply the most up-to-date methods in CAD software programming;

·         Collaborate with the R&D Team to run lab experiments and validate results;

·         Work with the R&D team to integrate experimentation data into the software;

Requirements Needed

·         Degree (B.Sc., M.Sc. or PhD) in computer science with knowledge in mechanical engineering or vice versa

·         Proficient in Object-oriented Programming (Python - Java – C++)

·         Knowledge of computational software (MATLAB or other)

·         Knowledge in metrology (added value)

·         Knowledge in CFD (added value)

·         Bilingual : spoken and written (French and English)
