Job Description

FXSwede is growing and launching operations in Europe and the UK. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively and decisively manage the inbound stock to the UK and EU marketplaces and stock movement within these geographies. Candidates must have experience in FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)/Seller Central platform.
- Monitor purchase orders and stock movement from origin to the relevant marketplace, being the point of contact with the freight forwarders across UK and Europe.
- Monitor IPI index in each marketplace and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Monitor and report lead times between order placement to order completion and tabulate changes
- Monitor lead times between shipment creation, shipment arrival at Amazon and provide updates on changes
- Maintain relations with and report on Freight Forwarder regarding invoices, communication issues, and additional freight costs
- Maintain historic shipment costs spreadsheet, ensuring it is updated and accurate for EU and UK shipments
- Complete Shipping Plans and follow up on Seller Central for each marketplace
- Monitor issues with listings and inform the relevant team to fix issues
Qualifications
- At least 6-12 months experience working on FBA/knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a must
- Experience with creating FBA shipments and knowledge of Seller Central platform is essential
- Good skills and understanding of formulas on Google Sheets/Excel functions for report building (especially vlookup, importrange, sumifs)
- Clear communicator, fluent in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and intuitive, with analytical reporting skills
