About the Role

FRP Cyprus is seeking an organised, commercially minded and people-focused professional to join our growing team as an Office Manager, HR & Business Development Coordinator.

This is a varied and dynamic role that combines office management, human resources administration, business development support and marketing coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Cyprus office, supporting employee engagement and compliance initiatives, and contributing to the firm's client relationship and business development activities.

The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a proactive approach and the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation, including close collaboration with FRP UK's HR and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Administration

  • Oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, expenditure and supplier payments.
  • Review and negotiate agreements with external service providers and office vendors.
  • Ensure office policies, procedures and internal controls are consistently followed.
  • Ensure workplace health, safety and compliance standards are maintained.

Human Resources Support

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programmes.
  • Support workforce administration processes, including employee attendance, leave management, timesheet monitoring and related reporting.
  • Support recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate communications.
  • Coordinate employee training, professional development and mandatory compliance programmes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace wellbeing activities.

Business Development & Marketing Support

  • Assist with the preparation of business development presentations, proposals, pitches and client-facing materials.
  • Draft and coordinate business development correspondence and marketing communications.
  • Liaise closely with the FRP UK Marketing team on campaigns, branding initiatives and marketing materials.
  • Support the management of client relationships and related communications.
  • Coordinate client hospitality events, networking functions, and business development activities.
  • Monitor and support local networking and market visibility initiatives.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in office management, HR coordination, administration, operations or a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.

Desirable

  • HR qualification or relevant HR administration experience.
  • Experience within a professional services, consulting, accounting, legal or corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting business development, marketing or client relationship initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Cyprus employment practices and workplace regulations.
