Job Description
The Desk Clerk is responsible for staffing a front desk in an urban apartment community lobby and providing the utmost in customer service and security, requiring attention to detail, effective time management and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $15 / Hour
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Walk the common areas and amenity facilities to ensure the wellbeing of the community.
- Monitor foot traffic through the lobby of the building.
- Check in Guests according to Standard Company Protocol.
- Be tactful and courteous at all times.
- Monitor security cameras.
- Maintain a log of all happenings in the community.
- Respond to all pages for assistance. Immediately inform management of major emergencies.

- Comply with all Fair Housing Laws, FPI Standard Operating Procedures, and FPI policies and procedures.
- Promote a professional image by adhering to FPI Management's Dress Code Policy.
- Conduct displayed must be of a professional manner when communicating with employees, residents, prospective residents, clients, vendors, and guests while representing FPI Management.
- Perform any and all functions as directed by the supervisor, including special project assistance.
- Responsible for meeting all training requirements for the position (Grace Hill, Safety Meetings, etc.).
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar front desk or customer service desk role.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.).
- Ability to work a graveyard (12:00 AM to 8:00 AM) shift, weekends and on call.
