Job Description

As Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams and high profile customers. The Senior Program Manager will have extensive experience in running complex programs and act as the key lead with customer relations. The selected candidate will oversee the performance of multiple teams responsible for program implementation. Responsibilities will include full grant administration oversight, project and program planning, preparation of required reports, and other related duties as required. 

The ideal candidate for this role will be a quick thinker who is self-motivated, comfortable developing repeatable program methodology and processes, good at motivating and organizing others to support a program, and at ease with navigating uncertainty and ambiguous situations. The candidate will excel if they have excellent project management skills, excellent interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, interest in technology for organizing and managing data, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Experience in continuous improvement, strategy, and program development
  • Maintain exceptional standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to groups and individuals
  • Develop project methodology and ensure that program requirements and procedures are being consistently applied
  • Be a high energy, responsiveness and motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work seamlessly within internal departments (e.g. Application & Payment Services, Engineering, and Marketing) to drive overall success to the customer
  • Effective and excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills in order to provide a clear understanding to different audiences with different needs
  • Experienced in managing teams as well as implementing and managing multiple customer programs at the same time.
  • Ensure team is informed and empowered to make thoughtful and strategic decisions
  • Oversee Program Manager roles in key customer and stakeholder meetings to ensure white glove service
  • Ability to capture and bring forward recommendations from customer insights in identifying new revenue opportunities (expansions, renewals). Collaborate with the Growth Team to identify opportunities through account planning and delivery execution.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5 -7  years in a partner and customer management role
  • Previous Management experience
  • Strategic mindset, that can plan and design systems that address equity
  • Skill in gathering, manipulating, and evaluating data
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project management software such as Asana and Jira
  • Superior attention to detail and excellent time management skills with a focus on follow through
  • Experience in customer service and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and high volume of activity
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bilingual ability strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software

Salary Scale:  $90,000 - $120,000/yr.
