• Identify potential partners (direct service providers, economic development organizations, mutual aid groups, by-and-for organizations, etc.) and research them
• Send outreach emails and make cold calls to potential partners
• Schedule and lead meetings with prospective partners
• Write briefings for meetings with potential partners
• Negotiate scope of work and compensation with prospective partners
• Work closely with Proposal Managers to ensure all partner information is reflected in proposals
• Input partner information into tracking spreadsheets and Salesforce and generate monthly partner reports
• Use Asana to manage partner related tasks and track RFP deadlines
