The eCommerce Fulfillment associate will be a vital member of Divina Market's small but mighty team. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting to work. The ideal candidate is someone who will grow with us and has had some previous packing and fulfillment experience. If you love food, an upbeat and fast-paced work environment then this is the place for you. The main responsibility of a Fulfillment Associate is to ensure that customer orders are quickly and accurately packed for shipping. We are looking for someone that can commit to 2 days per week, maximum of 16 hours a week.

Essential Functions

• Pack and fulfill orders from online shops
• Inventory management: intake, and inventory audits
• Coordinate shipments for all affiliates and influencers' welcome programs
• Offloading merchandise that arrives on delivery trucks
• Moving and organizing new merchandise within the warehouse
• Picking merchandise required to fulfill customer orders
• Thoroughly inspecting picked merchandise for damage or other problems
• Safely packaging merchandise for shipment
• Double-checking shipment contents against work orders to ensure accuracy
• Updating the inventory tracking system with work order information when needed
• Transporting packaged orders to outgoing delivery trucks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment, MUST HAVE PACKING EXPERIENCE
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Other Duties

• Assist on special corporate projects as needed
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour
