Job Summary:

FOODMatch is an exciting specialty food company focusing on Mediterranean-inspired foods. We believe in inspiring chefs with great tasting, sustainably produced, and authentic foods. This role is an opportunity to join our Creative Services team to help continue our company’s growth. This position will provide design, image, and video support for Divina and FOODMatch’s B2B and B2C marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of design experience in an in-house design team or agency, experience designing various digital and print marketing materials, experience with image editing, and a strong interest in food. In addition to design tasks, this role will be asked to help set up and shoot short videos produced in-house. A basic understanding of lighting and shooting video on iPhone is required. We are seeking a talented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various design software and a passion for creating innovative designs.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities of the role)

Design

• Update and design printed marketing materials for Divina, including signs, ads, amongst others.
• Update and design trade materials that are provided to FOODMatch customers, including ads, sell sheets, and signs.
• Design graphic and image digital assets for social media usage for FOODMatch/Divina or customers.
• Update and design B2B emails for FOODMatch.
• When required, update and/or design labels for printing.
• Accurately prepare files for print or digital usage.
• Upload finished assets to digital asset management system.
• Maintain department guidelines with regards to file naming, organization, and archiving.

Image / Video Creation

• Shoot supplemental in-house product, packaging, and styled images.
• In coordination with B2C Marketing Manager and Senior Creative Services Manager, set up lighting and shoot short videos for social platforms. Videos include for recipes, promotions, and product announcements.

Experience Requirements

• 3-5 years of design experience in an in-house or agency setting
• Experience in print and digital design, including email
• Experience with the Adobe Creative suite of products
• At least a basic understanding of lighting, photography, and video equipment
• Comfortable shooting still images and short videos
• Comfortable color correcting and editing images in Photoshop
• Strong interest in food
• Experience with food styling a plus
• Experience with video editing a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
