Job Summary:
This role will focus on two different areas. Approximately 60% of the role will involve working closely with the Senior Creative Services Manager, Retail Marketing Manager, and Trade Marketing Manager to concept video and still visual content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, and potentially other platforms), email, print, and web. The person in this position will be responsible (with the aid of other stakeholders) to produce, shoot, and edit final content. The other 40% of this role will focus on design of trade materials, including ads, sell sheets, and signs.

Essential Functions:
Content Creator (60% of role)

• Work with internal partners to concept short videos and shoot photography for digital and print dissemination. Content examples include recipe videos, product information videos, “Divina Does That” videos, stylized recipe and product stills, and product photography. Additional platforms and creative may be added depending on the evolution of content needed by Divina, FOODMatch, and the hire’s experience.
• Produce, shoot, and edit all videos and stylized stills for Divina based on direction agreed upon with Senior Creative Services Manager and Marketing Manager.
• Shoot product and packaging photography, as needed.
• Work independently or with head of creative to style videos and stills.
• Source stock music or other content to complete edits.
• When applicable, deliver final files to partner agency to post and/or provide additional editing.

Designer of Trade Materials for Divina and FOODMatch (40% of role)

• Design from templates trade materials that are provided to FOODMatch customers. These include print ads, sell sheets, and signs.
• Update existing trade materials based on requested edits.
• Export materials for print and/or digital use.

Requirements

• Social media content expert, with a focus on Instagram
• Experience shooting video on iPhone for social, email, and web usage
• Experience editing video including adding/editing audio, using Adobe programs
• Experience shooting food or still life-styled digital photography and using lighting equipment
• Experience designing for print and digital and use of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Strong interest in food
• Comfortable making recipes on camera
• Comfortable appearing on-camera, when necessary, a plus
• Experience with food styling a plus

Location/Travel Requirements

• This role requires minimal travel (<10%)
• Hybrid Schedule (In office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday / Remote: Wednesday, Friday)
