Job Description
- To carry out a fully operational role as represented in the role of a kiosk supervisor
- Liaise with suppliers and service contractors for quotations on equipment repair & maintenance
- Investigate incidents and implement action plans
- Check that daily paperwork is being completed correctly by staff
- Prepare daily & weekly paperwork
- Ensure cash security systems in place and are being adhered to and conduct staff searches as deemed necessary
- Carry out Retail Audits on own shifts
- Complete daily , weekly and monthly preventative maintenance checks
- Ensure compliance to portion sizes and waste targets
- Be a role model for great Customer Service “lead by example”
- Complete monthly trading area surveys
- Resolve customer complaints promptly
- Investigate and address service issues highlighted in the Mystery Shop or Operations Excellence Visits (OEV)
Qualifications
- Academic Qualification: OND (Lower Credit)
- Age Specification: 26 - 35 years
- Available Locations: Ibadan, Lagos Mainland, Lagos Island
- Experience: Two years working experience in sales or retail store supervision
