Job Description

1)    Responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution

2)    Develop and produce external communications including website, social media and advertising

3)    Manage the updating and/ or development of both digital and print marketing materials ensuring consistent branding across all channels

4)    Film, edit and produce instructional media content for end user

5)    Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end- to- end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

6)    Liaising with relevant agencies and third-party vendors

7)    Uploading and scheduling content using email service provider and social platforms.

8)    Continuously test content, creative and landing pages across multiple formats and platforms to maximize/influence outcomes and conversion.

9)    Respond as first line of contact to customer inquiries and complaints and refer to respective departments for resolution

10)  Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies

11)  Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns

12)  Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, digital marketing landscape; research and communicate and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information

13)  Work towards annual marketing plan and event calendar

14)  Utilize Google Analytics to support in optimization

 

Qualifications

1)    Minimum of university degree or equivalent

2)    Minimum of 3 years working experience in a marketing and advertising environment 


3)   Experience with or passion in one of more of: SEO, SEM, content management, website, analytics, digital advertising and B2B
