Job Description

Reporting to the HR Administrator Team Lead, the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for supporting FLINT's HR Team by managing the core internal processes and daily HR Administration requests. This position will keep efficiency and accuracy top of mind, working seamlessly to respond to employee requests and tickets related to work permits, policies, and general letters, all while contributing to a positive work environment.

What would you be doing? 

  • Handle, complete, and distribute HR-related tickets to the appropriate HR function for resolution. 
  • Coordinate the annual review and distribution of HR policies and ensure HR records are up-to-date and accurately stored. 
  • Respond to employment letter requests, follow up on ROEs and termination applications, and monitor the work permit process. 
  • Manage HR processes in UKG, verify onboarding documents, and oversee employee changes like transfers, job, and pay adjustments. 
  • Respond to inquiries, manage HR-related inboxes, and provide additional support to the administration team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS systems (UKG), ERPs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). 
  • Strong ability to identify and resolve discrepancies with accuracy. 
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and professional interactions. 
  • Preferred post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration, with 1-2 years of experience in HR or payroll.
