Job Description

As an Operations & Maintenance Project Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of operations and maintenance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient project delivery by integrating cost control, inventory management, materials coordination, and operational support.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize resource utilization and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate operations and maintenance projects, ensuring schedules, stakeholders, and deliverables are effectively managed.
  • Monitor budgets and support cost control through tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage inventory and materials, including procurement, stock levels, and supply coordination.
  • Support operational efficiency by assisting with maintenance planning and process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety and organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, maintenance, or similar roles.
  • Experience with cost tracking, inventory systems, and materials management processes.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel required); experience with ERP or CMMS systems is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.

Target Salary: $60.00 per hour
