FLINT is excited to announce that we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team for the Fort McMurray, AB, Turnaround! Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic workforce and contribute to impactful projects. 

Location: Fort McMurray, AB
Duration: April 7th to April 21st

NOW HIRING: Foreperson, Pipefitters, Rig Welders, Crane Operators, Labourers

Details:

  • Turnaround Maintenance: Pipe Blinding, Misc. Piping work, Installation of piping, cutting, welding, fitting of piping, valve replacements, piping replacement, exchanger swap.
  • 14-day Turnaround.
  • Days and Night shift available
  • 8 -hour regular time and 4 -hour overtime workdays
  • Flights are provided from Calgary or Edmonton
  • Camp Only

Qualifications

  • Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate.
  • Minimum 4 years in oil and gas construction projects preferred.
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
    • CSTS 2020 or Common Safety Orientation
  • No virtual option — in-person attendance required for the following ticket requirements.
    • Fall Protection 
    • H2S Alive
    • Confined Space Entry
    • Aerial Work Platform
  • Welders are to provide the following tickets:
    • CWB
    • B-Pressure
  • Labourers
    • Spark watch/ Gas testing
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
  • Valid Drivers License and Clean 5-Year Driver's Abstract with under 6 demerits

Additional Information

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
