FLINT is seeking a Mechanical Planner with strong knowledge of field construction, replace-in-kind procedures, and welding package development for a permanent job in Fort McKay, AB, starting in January 2025. In this position, you will enjoy a 7-on/7-off schedule, 12-hour workdays, camp accommodation, flights provided out of Calgary or Edmonton flight hubs, RRSP matching, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.

• Minimum 5+ years’ planning experience in an industrial setting, preferably with previous industrial leadership experience.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP.
• Strong understanding of field construction, replace-in-kind procedures, and welding package development.
• A commitment to high safety standards.
• Familiarity with maintenance work management procedures and workflow considered an asset.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
  • CSTS-2020
  • H2S Alive
• Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
