Job Description

Flint is looking for a seasoned mechanical planner with a trades background and SAP experience to join our operations team in Port Moody, BC. This temporary role for six months is based on a client site, and while local candidates are preferred, we welcome all qualified applicants to apply. What would you be doing?
- Oversee all planning and execution deliverables for maintenance and outages.
- Attend meetings, review plans and schedules in advance, and provide necessary input.
- Estimate and develop comprehensive Workface Plans, including equipment, tools, PPE, and logistical support.
- Assist with field activities as needed.
- Brief the foreperson on planned work at the start of each shift.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a preference for industrial or construction backgrounds.
- Proficient in Mechanical Piping systems focusing on long-term maintenance, operations coordination, and equipment management.
- Certifications in CSTS, Standard First Aid, and WHMIS are advantageous.
- Solid knowledge of Workface Planning and skilled in using MS Office and SAP.
- Ability to engage with upper management, clients, suppliers, and vendors while effectively prioritizing and managing tasks in high-pressure situations.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
