Job Description
FLINT is seeking a Pipefitter Lead Hand with 5 years experience for a permanent role in Clairmont - Grande Prairie, AB starting November-December 2024. In this position, you will enjoy a 12 Days In & 2 Days Out schedule, 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.
This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Hydro testing, Conformance checking, Read blueprints and ISO drawings.
- Valid Journeyperson Pipefitter ticket.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- H2S Alive
- Aerial Work Platform
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
- Fall Protection
- Standard First Aid
- WHMIS
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Must have own reliable transportation to site.
- Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.
Additional Information
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
