Flatlands Logistics is a locally owned Amazon Delivery Service Partner – now in our 7th year. DMC3 (4054 Powell Dr, Shawnee, KS 66226) is a seasonal station that runs through peak, from now until January 5, 2027. Drivers who finish peak in good standing move to a permanent Delivery Driver job at our home station, DKS3 (10800 Mill Creek Rd, Lenexa). You drive an Amazon van and deliver Amazon packages; you’re employed by Flatlands, not Amazon.

What you get

• $23.25/hr base – top performers earn the equivalent of $27+/hr with bonuses
• 10-hour pay guarantee – finish your route early, still get paid for 10 hours
• $15 for every rescue, and a scorecard bonus up to $1.25/hr for top safety and quality after just 3 weeks of delivering

Your path to a permanent job

• Finish peak (January 5, 2027) in good standing and your job moves to our Lenexa home station (DKS3) – no reapplying, no gap in pay
• Good standing means: no preventable collisions, no Final Warning, no more than 2 unexcused call-outs and zero no-call/no-shows
• Stay 60 days at Lenexa in good standing and earn a $175 bonus on top of your $325 – $500 total

The schedule

• Shawnee (now – January 5): 11:20 AM start, ~10-hour shifts
• Lenexa (from January): 9:20 AM start, ~10-hour shifts
• At least 1 weekend day; available through peak, including November and December

The work (straight talk)

• 150+ stops and 300+ packages a day, up to 50 lbs, in every kind of weather
• In and out of the van all day – this is an active job
• Drive safely using Amazon’s routing app on a handheld device

How hiring works

You need

• 21+ with a valid driver’s license (no CDL) and a clean driving record
• Availability through peak, now – January 5, 2027, including November and December
• To pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review and 4-panel drug test
• Reliable transportation to Shawnee (DMC3, 4054 Powell Dr) now and to Lenexa (DKS3, 10800 Mill Creek Rd) from January
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and keep a steady pace on your feet all day
• Ability to read and communicate in English for safety and customer instructions
• Eligibility to work in the United States
