Driven by digitization, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are striving for successful business transformation. The management system in use is a key factor to consider here, with small and medium-sized enterprises mostly relying on conventional management systems, while large corporations such as Google and Zalando have already successfully established agile management systems in their corporate routines. For SMEs, it is therefore fundamental to be able to assess the potential benefits of agile management systems. Accordingly, we are now offering the opportunity to write a bachelor's or master's thesis on the following topic.

Your tasks:

• research and differentiation of agile management systems Identification of factors contributing to the impact of agile management systems on SMEs
• derivation of findings and validation by means of expert interviews
• discussion, documentation and consolidation of results

Your profile: 

• students from the fields of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar courses of study
• very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• secure handling of MS-Office applications
• committed, diligent and independent way of working
