Description:
First roll resolution expert.  Needs a talented individual who can handle all tickets(L2 & L3) assigned that will come from our service desk.  

This person’s role will involve high touch service to executives and even more importantly to our customers who visit this site as part of our executive briefings.  
Like any great support role, this person should be invisibly behind the well-run operations, that ensure smooth wireless, video, audio and print services.  
In addition to superior technical skills this individual will also have a high degree of EQ (Emotional Quotient) and professional mannerisms including attire.  
This person will leverage the strength and depth of an entire IT organization, to provide excellent support in a ‘first call resolution’ manner.  
In addition, this person will optimize their coverage hours accordingly, when required for Executive Briefing Center visits complete with a checklist approach ensuring smooth execution of all briefings.

Duration : 6 Months 

Key Skills:
• Windows and Apple desktop administration
• Windows domain service management
• Wireless access management and security experience
• Basic networking experience and troubleshooting skills
• Printing administration and management experience
• Zoom experience a plus
• Experience with Customer Visit centers a plus
