Job Description

Wireless engineering company is seeking a Payroll & Human Resources Analyst to fill a key role within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a business, accounting or human resources degree, be detail oriented and extremely organized.

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated with excellent communication skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.  

This is an entry-level position, which will report to the company's CFO.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Business, Accounting or Human resources degree w/ high GPA

Computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)

Experience with Paychex and Quickbooks a plus

Attention to detail

Strong communication skills (in person, on the phone, email and voicemail)

 

Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with our recruiting department to ensure the completion of all hiring documents for new employees

2. Arrange and go over new hire orientation for all new employees of the company

3, Ensure proper registry of the company in all the states where we have projects

4. Address employee HR and benefits related questions.  We have over 100 employees working throughout the country.

5. Handle inquiries from outside the company concerning HR

6. Maintain our HR database with all past and present employees

7. Work closely with Finance Specialist 

8. Bi-weekly payroll

9. Travel arrangements for our engineers

10. Immigration documentation and support for our engineers

 

Bachelor's Degree is preferred but Associates or relevant work experience will be considered.
