Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator / Candidate Experience Coordinator is an important member of our team, owning the end-to-end candidate management process, and delivering excellent hiring and an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Partner and work closely with internal team to deliver a strong candidate pipeline;
  • Develop a keen understanding of the talent market and specialized requirements
  • Use and manage candidate management tools
  • Contribute to awareness through a highly positive candidate outreach
  • Build market intelligence by identifying talent trends and contribute to knowledge sharing;
  • Source and recruit candidates through various available platforms;
  • Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates for open positions;
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

What you have:

  • A tertiary education in any discipline with preferably with at least one year of work experience in a customer-facing role;
  • Curiosity and drive for knowledge, with an interest in technology and changes in the working world;
  • Empathy, sincerity and integrity, with the ability to connect meaningfully with people from various career levels;
  • Good level of perception, able to conduct own research to find answers;
  • Coachable attitude and ambition toward continual professional development and self-improvement;
  • Tenacity and resilience, ability to stay optimistic and self-motivated in the face of challenges;
  • Sense of initiative, and the ability to work with a certain level of ambiguity;
  • Good command of English, and excellent professional communication skills.
