We are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our product team as a Sportsbook Promotions Specialist. You will be responsible for delivery of all sports betting promotions with the focus of ensuring our promotions are optimised to maximize revenue and player interaction.

Based in our fantastic new office in Gibraltar you will have the opportunity to be part of something unique.

As a Sportsbook Promotions Specialist, you will:

• Design and brief offers on sportsbook. 
• Use CRM to increase and gauge customer reach and interaction. 
• Present promotional plans to key stakeholders with set objectives, costings & KPIs. 
• Report on success of promotions in relation to specific KPIs and constantly evaluate process based on results. 
• Analyse various reports to present daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly numbers to key stakeholders. 
• Analyse & management of profitable & unprofitable Sportsbook Customers. 
• Review and identify sports trends and work with the internal departments to help drive promotional initiatives from it.
• Analyse and evaluate statistical data in order to identify existing patterns and report those to higher management.
• Build & maintain close working relationships with internal and external teams & suppliers.

• At least 1 year of prior experience within the iGaming industry
• Passion about sports and good understanding of online gaming products
• Extremely proficient in EXCEL / background in data analysis a plus
• Excellent knowledge of betting terminology and sportsbook in general
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently, whilst operating at the highest level of integrity
• Ability to hit set targets and objectives within a fast-paced environment
• Experience in using CRM tools/ campaigns is a plus
• Fluency in English
