Job Description

Eyas Gaming are looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to take on the role of Acquisition Manager. You will be working alongside the Head of Acquisition to implement an effective new customer acquisition plan, initially in the UK, but quickly expanding to multiple territories.

The role will require a collaborative approach, as you will work closely alongside the CRM, promotions, product and content teams, as well as external agency partners to ensure a seamless acquisition and new player on-boarding journey. As part of a fast-growing business, there will also be an opportunity to help shape and build a larger acquisition team to deliver against the businesses multi-brand and multi-market strategy.

You will have a solid grounding across core digital acquisition channels – ideally with proven experience in PPC or Paid Social acquisition – and would ideally have a desire to expand your experience to the planning and implementation process for ATL marketing channels. You will have a data led approach to performance optimization and a keen focus on ensuring return of investment on marketing spend.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the day to day planning and implementation of acquisition marketing spend.
  • To monitor and optimize plans vs. forecast targets and performance KPIs.
  • To work alongside the Head of Acquisition and other Eyas Gaming commercial teams to launch new brands into new markets from an acquisition perspective.
  • To work collaboratively with the promotions, CRM, product and compliance teams to develop effective new customer acquisition offers and relevant marketing materials.
  • Responsibility to ensure that effective tracking solutions are in place for new customer acquisition, so that budgets can be optimized vs. targets and KPIs.
  • To work with the Head of Marketing Performance to develop KPIs for new channel / market tests and ensure these metrics are understood and communicated to the acquisition team and wider relevant stakeholders in the Eyas Gaming business.
  • To work collaboratively with the CRM team to ensure that the right profile of new customers are being acquired and that their early life behaviour is building towards a loyal and engaged customer.
  • To work alongside the promotions team on the set-up and thorough testing of any new acquisition offers.
  • To be a key stakeholder in the decision-making process for the appointment of and management of external agency partners where required and be a day to day lead contact for these teams.
  • To work collaboratively with content and technical SEO expertise to ensure that each market’s natural search plan is delivering to the specific requirements of the plan

Qualifications

  • Highly organised and passionate about building best in class acquisition marketing strategies.
  • Has previous experience in digital acquisition, within the betting and gaming industry.

  • A keen understanding of the betting and gaming market and insight into how player onboarding journeys could be optimized to improve efficiency.
  • Has experience of building amazing onoarding and early life experiences for customers to ensure they start a loyal relationship with brands.
