Job Description

The BA will be an integral part of our Change Management team, reporting directly to the Program Director and liaising with key stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation in order to support our development process. You will need to understand the business needs of both the customer and internal Business Owner, and to assess those needs in order to communicate and implement successful solutions.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work with key stakeholders, architects and business owners to define requirements, understand the value-add, and drive communications around a solution.
  • Create detailed stories and acceptance criteria, outlining problems, solutions, and opportunities that the in-house development teams can iteratively deliver.
  • Create any processes or frameworks as required to iteratively improve delivery.
  • Own the refinement ceremonies with Development and Test teams to build effective, targeted and prioritised backlogs.
  • Ensure technical and functional requirements are aligned with overall strategy, business goals and user needs.
  • Document any assumptions or risks relating to the solution and requirements.
  • Assist the Governance team in identifying and managing delivery dependencies across the whole program, including third parties and operational teams.
  • Assist in the triage, prioritisation and management of bugs at any stage of the life cycle.
  • Day to day collaboration across the business, including the Governance, Development and Test teams, together with the key Business Owners and project sponsors.


  • Demonstrable experience in the iGaming industry, or an equivalent.
  • Proven experience of leading the analysis in complex projects with the ability to adapt to different project methodologies, platforms and processes.
  • Have strong user-centric focus and an understanding of true value-add in defining solutions to critical business problems.
  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders as well as the development teams, solution architects, external suppliers and operational teams.
  • Able to take ownership and drive to a solution.
  • Previous experience in translating business requirements by providing technical solutions and documentation using the most appropriate techniques and working closely with Solution Architects.
  • Be a critical thinker with strong influencing and communication skills (both verbal & written).
  • Data orientated with an ability to explain complex ideas and results in an understandable manner.
  • Knowledge of PowerBI or similar data analytics platform is a strong advantage.
