Job Description

Eyas Gaming are looking for a QA Tester to help create and manage a brand-new portfolio of websites and apps.

At Eyas, we put customers at the forefront of everything we do and use data to drive our decision making. With Germany and the UK as our initial launch markets, we are creating a robust proprietary product that can be easily scaled to support growth across further markets and brands. We’re looking for individuals who can own and drive the functional testing of our products across different channels and platforms, in order to deliver a world class customer experience to our players.

Key responsibilities

  • To carry out User Acceptance Testing, monitoring and regression testing across our websites and apps
  • To review functional and technical documentation in order to understand the desired user experience
  • To prepare test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures working with major stakeholders
  • To design test specifications, conditions and scripts
  • To prepare test estimation against user stories and tasks
  • To log and categorise any defects and work with the product and development teams to drive resolution of prioritsed defects
  • To maintain documentation such as change logs regarding software and application defects to help recognise similar problems in the future
  • To compile weekly and monthly reports and present to management as and when required
  • To endorse Quality Assurance throughout the company, promoting the value it brings to our brands and influencing everyone to play their part 
  • To help implement and drive optimised processes throughout the business, with the goal of efficiently delivering positive customer experiences


  • Proven experience of delivering positive customer experience in a QA role, preferably in an agile environment
  • Experience in manual/exploratory testing, ideally with some knowledge of automation or the willingness to learn
  • A good working knowledge of test management software, programming languages and QA methodologies
  • Knowledge of both functional and regression testing
  • Experience of Jira for use of project and time tracking is ideal
  • Detail orientated highly organised and data driven
  • The ability to solve complex problems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people from Product Owners to Developers
  • Experience of working in Agile methodology
