Summary

Expresco is founded on the concept of filling a niche in the food service industry of ready-made skewers. Our primary business is providing value added portion- controlled meat on stick for the food service and retail industry under the brand Expresco as well as for clients under their own private labels. Expresco Foods is also a subsidiary of Premium Brand Holdings (PBH), a publicly traded company.

We are currently looking for a qualified member to fill the position of Meal Assembler in our on-site outlet store. This is a part-time position from Wednesday to Saturday (16h -20h a week)

Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches using our in-house ingredients for small lunches & diners.
• Prepare ingredients to ease the flow of food preparation during business hours.
• Clean food preparation areas.
• Grill ingredients
• Unpack and use sauces and seasonings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Routinely check inventory levels and order new stocks when needed.
• Manage workflow to determine the prioritization of orders.

Skills and Abilities

• Prior experience with relevant tools and industrial cookware is required.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to prepare a wide variety of short order meals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Greek food preparation is an asset.
