Job Description

Position Overview: The Experian Consumer Services (ECS) Business Governance team is looking for an, and organized Business Governance and Risk Analyst to join our team. This role is important to ensuring the smooth operation and management of critical business governance reporting, control testing and creation, documentation, and processes. You will have, reporting, and process management skills, across multiple departments. You will report to a leader on the Business Governance team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Risk Controls Testing & Creation: help review risk-related controls to support our risk governance process.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on findings, providing applicable insights to senior management.
  • Collaboration: Work with multiple departments such as legal, compliance, operations, and product, to develop detailed materials and presentations related to business governance and risk management.
  • Process Administration & Presentation: Administer select processes, functions, and meetings, including hosting and presenting content in meetings.
  • Documentation: Thoroughly document main governance and risk management processes, including necessary flow charts, diagrams.
  • Process Analysis: Examine business processes as they relate to Business Governance to identify risks and inefficiencies, recommending solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Confidence in presenting in English in front of groups and facilitating meetings.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience governance, risk management, auditing, or compliance.
  • And process management skills and tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, or similar.
