Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
As an Associate Developer, you will contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications that support business and customer needs. You will work with experienced team members, participate in Agile delivery, and build practical experience in .NET, cloud, DevOps, and AI-assisted development.
What We're Looking For:
- To develop and maintain software programs accordance to the requirements and specifications within established and defined quality and performance standards within agreed timelines.
- You will be participating in initiatives that improve processes that contribute to performance effectiveness and efficiencies.
- Participating in consultation with development Leads in estimating effort for work assigned.
- You may also perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- You will be reporting to the Lead Architect
- Familiar with modern software development tools, cloud technologies, and Generative AI concepts, including AI assisted development tools and the integration of AI capabilities into applications, will be beneficial.
Qualifications
More About You
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of C# and .NET gained through studies, internships, projects, or work experience.
- Strong foundation of RESTful APIs, OOP, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, Microsoft Azure, and cloud-native development.
- Exposure to Entity Framework Core, SOLID principles, design patterns, testing, Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps is beneficial.
- Awareness of Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools.
- Experience building scalable, resilient, and observable distributed systems and debugging skills, with the ability to evaluate solutions and translate our requirements into practical technical outcomes.
- Interest in modern software development practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud native development.
