Job Description

The EDW PMO team drives strategic transformation initiatives and technology projects that enhance the end-user experience across the organization. We lead initiatives such as endpoint improvements, migrations, integrations, and new technology implementations, partnering with teams globally to deliver impactful business outcomes.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex technical projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies while ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and drive projects from planning through adoption, always keeping the end-user experience at the center of decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver technical projects and programs aligned with business priorities.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Foster collaboration across global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status, impacts, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Facilitate project governance and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
  • Support change adoption and promote successful business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
  • Manage multiple priorities across global teams and time zones.
  • Experience with risk management, problem solving, and project governance.
  • A collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading complex projects or programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams across multiple time zones.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent)
  • Experience with end-user technology, infrastructure, network, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
