Job Description
Experian is looking for an experienced Analytics Manager – Business Consulting to help clients turn complex business challenges into high-value, data-driven solutions.
This role combines business consulting, analytics and client engagement. You will work with client stakeholders and internal teams to frame business problems, shape analytics solutions, translate analytical insights into business recommendations and support strategic client engagements and new business opportunities.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Analytics & Consulting, Turkey & Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business consulting and analytics engagements from problem discovery and framing through solution shaping, recommendation and delivery support.
- Work with client stakeholders to clarify business challenges, define objectives and structure analytical approaches.
- Translate business needs into analytics opportunities and practical solutions working closely with analytics specialists, product teams and other subject-matter experts.
- Develop clear, commercially relevant recommendations and executive-level client narratives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align priorities and shape solution direction.
- Support strategic analytics projects, particularly during discovery, solution design and executive communication.
- Partner with Sales, Presales, Product and Analytics teams to shape opportunities, proposals and client solutions.
- Contribute relevant domain expertise across areas such as banking, financial services, credit, risk, decisioning or customer analytics.
- Help strengthen Experian’s consulting approaches, analytics propositions and reusable client narratives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by combining analytical expertise with strong business understanding.
- Collaborate with Experian’s local and regional analytics, consulting, product, technology and commercial teams.
- Support the development of proposals, client presentations and solution designs for new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Experian’s analytical methodologies, consulting approaches and client solutions.
- Stay informed about developments in analytics, AI, financial services, risk management, decisioning and broader industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related quantitative discipline.
- Experience in analytics consulting, business consulting, financial services or another data-driven business environment.
- Strong problem-solving and business problem-framing skills.
- Experience working with clients or senior business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven decision making, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
- Experience in lending, credit, risk, decisioning, banking or financial services is preferred.
- Practical experience using AI tools to enhance analysis, consulting or client engagement is a big plus.
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R or SAS is a plus.
- Professional proficiency in both Turkish and English.
