Job Description

Role summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Product Management Associate to join our Product Management team. This role will support the identification, conceptualization, and execution of AI-driven initiatives across our products and internal operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to explore opportunities for embedding AI capabilities into customer-facing platforms, improve user experience, and drive operational efficiency through AI-enabled solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for AI innovation, product development, and digital transformation, even if they do not possess a deep technical background.

 

Work that matters - What you'll be doing:

  • You will be doing research emerging in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, market trends, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and business value.
  • You will Identify and assess opportunities to integrate AI-driven capabilities into existing products, platforms, and services to enhance customer and business outcomes.
  • You will also partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Business stakeholders, to design and deliver innovative, user-centered solutions.
  • You will need to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements, translating insights into product concepts, user stories, and business cases.
  • You will evaluate AI tools, platforms, and technology partners to support informed decision-making and successful adoption.
  • Support product planning and prioritization by assessing initiatives based on customer needs, business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops, discovery sessions, and brainstorming activities to generate and refine new product ideas and use cases.
  • Stay informed on developments in Generative AI, intelligent automation, digital assistants, and emerging technologies, sharing relevant insights with stakeholders.
  • Assist with the testing, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement of new features and solutions.

Qualifications

More about you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Transformation, Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of working experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, Innovation, Consulting, or related functions.
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with both business and technology teams.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to explore new technologies.
  • Experience supporting digital product initiatives will be an advantage.
  • Technical coding skills are not required.
