Job Description

You will report to the PMO and are responsible for the coordination and implementation, execution as well as completion of specific projects.

You will ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

You will manage multiple revenue cycle software implementations for healthcare clients ensuring important goals and project scopes are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and manage multiple, ongoing software implementations
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Assemble and coordinate project staff
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables and manage risk and issues using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction to project team
  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all partners
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Provide feedback to internal team and development regarding process and product improvement

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience with project manager responsibilities, in Healthcare (revenue cycle preferred)
  • Experience leading implementations in healthcare
  • PMP required (or must obtain within 1 year of employment)
  • Healthcare industry experience facilitating in-depth knowledge of hospital operations is beneficial
  • Familiarity with Experian Health products is beneficial
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration or related field or study
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for this role
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
  • Experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
  • 10-25% nationwide travel

Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
