Job Description
- Good fluency in current GenAI trends. Inspire and guide the team to adopt GenAI tools ( cursor, co-pilot), building knowledge base using RAGs, build agentic systems using MCP
- Strong Knowledge with building systems in areas of data analytics, data engineering, fraud and decisioning.
- Exceptional development ability and experience of software development life cycle
- Must have a deep acumen in enterprise software design patterns and practices.
- Strong ability to guide and supervise engineering work with a team of product managers, architects and engineers, collaborating with other stake holders in business and delivery.
- Drive multiple tracks of development with a smart engineering team.
- Strong ability to pick new technological areas and drive complete development cycles for products and solutions from inception, requirements to architecture, design, implementation and delivery.
- Responsible for developing and supporting products and applications on one or more of the major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Contribute hands on as per the need, participate in architecture, design and code reviews, meet high standards of quality.
- You will reporting to the Director of Engineering
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline; master's preferred.
- You require 15+ years of experience in complex software solutions.
- Min 3 years of experience in successfully leading teams in designing, building, and deploying in cloud environments preferably in AWS and Azure
- Must have hands on in either Python, Java, Scala, JavaScript building web-based applications/microservices/serverless apps.
- Working knowledge of containerization (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, Docker), Cloud security, building APIs in cloud, SQL and NoSql databases, Event Queues etc
- Experience with agile methodology for software engineering & development.
- Experience in big data technologies like Apache Spark, Iceberg, Hadoop, AWS EMR and orchestration systems like airflow is an added plus.
