Job Description

As the Principal Product Manager, Healthcare Revenue Cycle, you will report to Experian Health. as a senior, individual contributor responsible for defining, and additionally, implementing product strategy for complex, enterprise‑scale products within the Experian Health, Claim Source suite.

You will lead long‑term vision, drives cross‑functional agreement, and influence senior team members to deliver measurable customer and outcomes. Operating with high autonomy, you will balance strategy, with disciplined execution while setting a high bar for product excellence across teams.

  • Define and own long‑term product strategy in consideration of enterprise and portfolio goals
  • Translate multi‑year strategy into clear investment priorities and roadmaps
  • Shape product direction through influence with senior business and technology leaders
  • Manage products end‑to‑end from discovery through scale and optimization
  • Promote prioritization decisions balancing customer value, impact, and technical risk
  • Align multiple teams delivering interdependent plans
  • Represent customers' needs using market research, personas, and journey insights
  • Lead competitive analysis to inform differentiation and positioning
  • Define success metrics and use data to guide strategic decisions
  • Partner with sales and marketing on go‑to‑market strategy and adoption
  • Align product capabilities to revenue opportunities and customer outcomes
  • Champion excellence in product management, UX, quality, and security
  • Mentor product managers and influence ways of working across teams
  • Improve product practices and delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field is beneficial
  • Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale products with demonstrated ownership of long-term product strategy, and additionally, execution
  • 3+ years' expertise in healthcare technology, including Revenue Cycle Management and familiarity with leading EMR systems; experience with healthcare analytics is beneficial
  • Strategic, with the ability to define success metrics and additionally, data-informed decisions
  • Experience influencing senior team members and aligning teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Client Support,) toward shared outcomes
  • Advanced experience working in Agile product development environments
  • 3+ years' experience producing high-quality product, strategy, and customer-facing documentation
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple simultaneous projects simultaneously in a, remote environment
  • 1+ years of experience mentoring product managers is beneficial
  • Familiarity with modern product and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
