Job Description

We are looking for analytical and commercially minded Sales Operations and Analytics Specialist to support a defined go‑to‑market (GTM) vertical within Sales Operations. This is a high‑impact role focused on enabling sales performance within the vertical through actionable insights, robust reporting, and an understanding of the sales process. You will report to the GTM Sales Insight Manager. You will support the UK&I region and work with Sales Directors and leadership teams to improve pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, win rates, productivity, and overall commercial execution.

What you'll do:

  • Lead the performance insight agenda for the assigned GTM vertical, ensuring reporting and analysis align with business needs.
  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of the core MI suite, delivering clear, consistent, and actionable insights.
  • Provide executive‑ready insight into pipeline coverage and quality, conversion performance and win/loss trends, forecast accuracy and bias, sales productivity and capacity, and key execution drivers and slippage risks.
  • Ensure insights are based on accurate, well‑defined data, highlighting inconsistencies and strengthening trust in reporting.
  • Embed insights into weekly and monthly business rhythms to support proactive performance management.
  • Challenge data and assumptions where needed to support transparency, accountability, and accurate forecasting.
  • Identify emerging risks early—such as stalled pipeline, forecast inaccuracies, or productivity gaps—and recommend corrective actions before revenue is impacted.
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards and reports aligned to how the vertical operates.
  • Integrate complex datasets (Salesforce, billing, revenue forecasting, finance, programme management) into a cohesive and commercially meaningful view of performance.
  • Create automated and reliable reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and speed up decision‑making.
  • Improve CRM reporting standards and data integrity to ensure management information supports performance decisions.
  • Ensure reporting supports both leadership oversight and sales engagement, promoting a culture of data‑driven accountability.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence or Sales Performance roles.
  • Experience with B2B sales processes and performance drivers.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex sales environments.
  • Advanced expertise in Tableau or Power BI (dashboard design, advanced reporting, data modelling).
  • Salesforce reporting knowledge.
  • Experience combining multiple data sources into executive-level dashboards.
  • Simplify complexity without oversimplifying insight.
  • Commercially curious – focused on revenue and performance, not just reports.

Additional Information

What you will get:

  • Personal Development - career pathway for professional growth supported by learning and development programs and unlimited access to online educational training courses, learning materials and book.
  • Work environment - excellent work conditions with friendly environment, recognized team spirit, and fun and quality recreation time.
  • Social benefit package including life insurance, food vouchers, additional health insurance, monthly flex allowance and internet coverage, corporate discounts, marriage and childbirth / adoption allowance, Multisport card, Sharesave plan, Employee assistance program, а birthday gift and many other benefits!
  • Work-life balance - 25 days paid vacation, 1 additional day off for your birthday and extra 3 paid days for participation in Social responsibility event.
  • Opportunity for Flexible working hours and Home Office.
