Job Description

ServiceNow Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice and web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

Lead design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow Event Management solutions, ensuring enterprise-grade capability and scalability.

As a ServiceNow Developer the resource will have both technical and creative design input to develop, configure and maintain this application. This is the perfect opportunity for you if you are interested in developing your skillset and growing quickly on the ServiceNow platform.


Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow workflows to automate and digitize manual business processes
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Utilize ServiceNow scripting and native functionality to meet business requirements
  • Provide functional and technical support as a primary point of contact for business users
  • Work within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Contribute to and align with the global ServiceNow platform strategy
  • Create clear, concise technical and process documentation using the ServiceNow Knowledge Base
  • Troubleshoot and enhance Event Management modules and related integrations
  • Create, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards
  • Partner with product teams and business owners to identify creative and effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the product team to refine end-user stories prior to development
  • Respond to technical, configuration, and platform-related queries
  • Coordinate and resolve complex technical, data, and transformation issues
  • Customize ServiceNow configurations, including workflows, custom scripts, and orchestration activities

Qualifications

  • Exposure to capabilities in the latest ServiceNow platform
  • Knowledge on Integration Hub, Flow Designer, UI Framework and UI Builder is a plus.
  • 8+ years of overall IT experience; 5+ years hands-on with ServiceNow ITOM, especially Event Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or related field preferred.
  • ServiceNow System Administration certification and/or ServiceNow Application Development certification required. Having Event Management or Discovery certifications will be preferred.
  • Solid Understanding of ServiceNow data architecture
  • 4+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Experience with Integrations of 3rd party tools using (web services, REST, email, MID, etc…).
