This technical resource would be part of the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) development and support team. This team is responsible for the implementation of CPQ and CRM projects across the Experian enterprise, helping the businesses to support the live application. A key part of the role will be to translate business requirements related to Products and Pricings, Discounts, Approval Rules and Contract generation and build the technical setup & configurations using Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM with integration to multiple applications and provide ongoing technical support and deployment for the production environment.
Job Responsibilities
- · Engage with client stakeholders to analyze business processes and functional requirements in the context of CPQ/CRM
- · Perform development, testing, deployment & implementation as it relates to the CPQ platform
- · Support unit testing, system testing, and acceptance testing activities
- · Provide support and expertise to achieve a successful delivery of the solution
- · Develop and deliver Solution design documentation
- · Facilitate Demos/workshops and conference calls with confidence
- · Clearly communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
- · Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- · Analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- · Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology preferred
- · Experience with Source Code Management desired

- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ or any other CPQ tool preferred with a minimum of 2 implementations.
- Understanding of Web Application UI Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP) and Web 2.0 Development (JavaScript, AJAX, JSON) preferred knowledge of SQL·
- Good understanding of data structures, data modelling, database schema required Salesforce.com CRM experience preferred.
- Functional/technical experience in at least one CPQ/CRM implementation ·
- Understanding of overall CPQ/CRM processes, experience of working with products, pricing, quoting and order management applications ·
- Ability to build out solutions based on detail design.
- Experience of building the following areas of functionality, within a CPQ environment
- Product Catalogue: Setting up the product catalogue structure and building configurable/simple products
- Pricing Rules: Put together pricing structures and formulas
- Approvals/Discounting: Setting up the approval and discounting rules
- Document templates: Build complex/section-bas ed document templates
- Experience with integrating CPQ to CRM (Salesforce.com) desirable
- Programming experience 1-2 Years of Apex or Python programming language desired.
- Certifications in Salesforce, AgentForce, and CPQ
