Job Description
You will join our Northern Europe Cluster as part of a cross-factory DevOps team that enables developers across the Danish and Norwegian markets. Your mission is to empower teams to deliver software faster, safer, and more reliably by building and maintaining scalable, secure, and developer-friendly platforms and infrastructure. We achieve this through automation-first principles, observability and monitoring, and focus on reducing technical debt to sustain long-term velocity and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and the underlying infrastructure that power our software delivery.
- Maintain and evolve build pipelines, tooling, and platform components to improve product quality and team efficiency.
- Manage local/cloud infrastructure and partner with development teams to deliver internal and external applications.
- Be a liaison between development and support teams, and external partners to mature delivery practices (e.g., release orchestration, security testing, change management).
- Provide estimates, surface risks, and contribute ideas following team processes and standards.
- Participate in backlog refinement, planning, and technical discussions (scope, acceptance criteria).
- Research, and advocate for technologies and practices that can be reused across teams and projects.
- Follow and help refine engineering standards, SDLC processes, and compliance practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3 years in a similar DevOps/Platform/SRE role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
- Experience configuring automated build, test, and release systems.
- Experience administering online collaboration and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Git platforms).
- Experience with Cloud Technologies - AWS, lambada, Kubernetes or relevant.
- Have worked with CI/CD : Jenkins
Tech you'll use (and already know or you are willing to learn)
- Infrastructure as Code & Config: Terraform, (awareness of Helm, AWS CloudFormation).
- Observability & Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus or other
- Security & Compliance: Knowledge of secrets management.
- Networking: VPC design, ingress/egress, WAF concepts.
- Data & Messaging : PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or SQS/SNS..
- Scripting and Languages: Bash/Shell, Groovy, PowerShell/Windows Batch, Python.
- Ways of Working: Agile/Scrum/KanbanJira/Confluence, Git.
