Summary of Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day operations of strategic billing applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivery of system enhancements.  
  • Contribute to the full development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and deployment.  
  • Maintain system stability through proactive monitoring and patching.  
  • Engage with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.  
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including automation and process optimization.  
  • Work closely with senior developers and managers to support modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot application issues, develop bug fixes, and implement software and configuration changes with minimal guidance
  • Learning Agility: Quickly absorbs new concepts and technologies, including cloud platforms and modern development tools, and applies learning effectively to tasks.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Builds strong working relationships with team members and business users, ensuring smooth communication and effective project delivery.
  • Operational Support: Has experience supporting enterprise applications, including responding to user queries, resolving incidents, and contributing to process improvements.
  • Problem Solving & Initiative: Proactively identifies opportunities to improve workflows or automate tasks, and takes ownership of delivering practical solutions using modern tools and approaches.
