Job Description

The Client Access Management Team is responsible for the delivery of identity & access management services for UK&I Experian customers and products. Their key goal is to ensure that our customers have the right access to the right products at the right time. Reporting to the Head of Global Finance Services (GFS) Bulgaria you will lead the Client Access Management to deliver positive outcomes for our clients. The Client Access Manager is a senior role and will be responsible and accountable for meeting access management SLAs and KPIs. They will ensure best practise and consistent standards are applied across the team. The role will provide end to end oversight of the process and be responsible for escalations and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and motivate the Client Access Management team, ensuring performance and development.
  • Own and oversee end-to-end client access processes, meeting SLAs and KPIs.
  • Foster a client-focused culture and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Handle internal and external escalations to resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive process improvements in collaboration with CIAM partners.
  • Support access reviews, attestations, and other CIAM-managed functions.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Manage team scheduling, performance, and workload distribution.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in access management roles  
  • Experience of providing training & assistance to new or less experienced colleagues 
  • Experience of supporting team members in resolving queries 
  • Previous line management or supervisory experience  
  • Leadership capabilities; helping to develop team members to achieve their full potential 
  • Good understanding of security and IAM principles 
  • Fluency in English
