Job Description

Join a diverse and collaborative team within Global Sales Excellence, where we drive strategic transformation and operational effectiveness across regions. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead technical projects related to Go-to-Market tools (CRM, CLM, CPQ), applying hybrid methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum Agile) to deliver impactful solutions that support inclusive business growth.

This role goes beyond project delivery—it integrates change management throughout the lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable adoption. You'll work across time zones and cultures, fostering an environment of respect, equity, and belonging. You will be reporting to our Global Sales Excellence Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional technical projects with a focus on agility, quality, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, and communications across global teams.
  • Embed change management strategies to support adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Facilitate inclusive workshops, training, and feedback sessions.
  • Build trusted relationships and promote collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

Project Management (Required)

  • Proven experience leading complex projects using formal methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, and Agile).
  • Lead, coordination, and partner engagement skills.
  • You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and communications across global teams.
  • Experience with using project management tools and software.

Change Management (Required)

  • Experience with change management principles and their integration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experienced in facilitating transitions and driving adoption through inclusive communication, culturally aware engagement, and accessible training strategies that support diverse teams and learning styles.
  • You will assess impacts, develop strategies, and mitigate risks related to change.
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin, McKinsey 7-S, or AIM.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in change management.

Technical Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Go-to-Market Sales tools (CRM, CLM, CPQ) and related business processes.
  • You will translate our needs into technical solutions.

Other Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including AI tools like Copilot.
  • English fluency required; additional languages.
  • 5+ years of experience working across time zones and cultures in a global environment.
