Job Title: Software Development Staff Engineer
Job Location: 475 Anton Blvd., Costa Mesa, CA 92626
Serve as the subject matter expert in the SailPoint IIQ space; Partner with internal teams to ensure support software activities are aligned with application design; Act as functional technical lead of the support engineer team to drive a strong engineering culture; Lead projects & resources accordingly to comply with timelines and have agile capabilities to adjust as needed during project activities; Perform critical analysis to identify and resolve conflicts and break down high-level information into actionable work plans; Establish and implement a robust application monitoring processes to make sure we have 24x7 alerting in place and avoid downtimes within our IAM systems; Assist technical team members with the system/technical portion of their deliverables (e.g, test plans, implement monitoring activities, etc.); Collaborate with internal infrastructure teams to resolve incident and alerts accordingly based on establish incident response timelines. May telecommute.
Qualifications
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Development Staff Engineer-related occupation.
Position requires in the following:
- Experience with professional Identity Management (IDM), with demonstrated understanding of modern IDM concepts and best practices
- Experience providing SailPoint application support into high availability environments
- Experience working with identity data flows, engineering workflows, security roles, certification/attestation, entitlement management, SOD and access governance in SailPoint IIQ
- Experience with integrating SailPoint IIQ with various technologies, including ServiceNow, SAP, Azure AD, Office 365, RACF, LDAP directories
- Experience on Database Administration and support (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL)
- Experience with various APIs including SCIM, REST, and SOAP
- Experience with programming and web technologies such as Java/Bean Shell, JavaScript, SPML/SOAP, JSF
Additional Information
