Since 2023, NeuroID has partnered with Experian to provide the latest behavioral analytics, combating identity theft and advanced fraud attacks. Now, as part of Experian's CrossCore® on the Experian Ascend Technology Platform™, we continue to lead the charge in proactive fraud detection and seamless user experiences.

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our team. You will have a foundation in software development, a passion for learning, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Your role will involve developing and maintaining software solutions that meet our standards of quality and reliability.

You will report to the SVP of Engineering.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop and maintain automated tests to limit regression defects.
• Explain design choices and the tradeoffs involved.
• Troubleshoot bugs across multiple projects, even if not the code's original author.
• Document code contributions, including comments, merge requests, READMEs, and tests.
• Take small-to-medium-sized features from technical design to deployment with some mentoring.

Your background:

• 1+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1+ years of experience developing services and systems deployed to AWS.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, or Python).
• Experience using GitHub.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting practices.
