Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Experience leading team members and providing guidance to others
  • Mentorship: Ability to mentor team members into becoming successful contributors to the team
  • Performance Management: Experience setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing constructive feedback
  • Communication: Convey expectations, updates, and feedback to the team and to leadership
  • Proficiency in Abbyy FlexiCapture: Experience using Abbyy FlexiCapture for data extraction and processing
  • Proficiency in Abbyy FlexiLayout: Designing and implementing FlexiLayouts for accurate data capture
  • Script Coding: Able to write basic string parsing scripts in code
  • Flat File Creation: Experience creating flat files from extracted data for further processing and analysis
  • Form Recognition: Proficient in configuring the software to recognize different types of state unemployment forms
  • Data Validation: Skills in validating extracted data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure data integrity
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data extraction and processing
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiar with state regulations and compliance requirements related to unemployment forms
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects ahead of schedule
  • Collaboration: Work with teams to ensure seamless data processing
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of processes, templates, and configurations
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Abbyy software to improve data extraction processes
  • OCR = Optical Character Recognition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Team leadership experience
  • Experience using Abbyy FlexiCapture for data extraction and processing
  • Experience writing basic string parsing scripts in code
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving
  • Programming or scripting experience
