Job Description
We are looking for Senior Automation QA Engineer to join PowerCurve Collections Software Engineering Group. PowerCurve® Collections is our debt management system that enables our clients to maximize collections efforts and make more profitable decisions. You will develop and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. As part of the team, you will report to a Software Team Manager
What you will do:
- Lead the development of automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Design, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Work with Product Owner and Architect to capture functional requirements and dependencies
- Perform code reviews and ensure new code is following established coding practices
- Share knowledge and inspire teammates to improve their technical skills
Qualifications
What we are expecting you to bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java (Java 11+) and Spring, Spring Boot Framework;
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.:
- Experience with performance testing tools like JUnit/Mockito/Selenium/Cucumber, build tools: Maven/Gradle
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
