Job Description

Reporting to the SVP Sales, the Senior Administrative Assistant will perform all administrative tasks in support of North American Sales Leadership.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordinate travel for the North America Sales Leadership
  • Help with the on-boarding of new employees
  • Prepare standing and ad-hoc meetings as requested by leadership. Coordinate any logistical requirements (meeting space, projector, supplies, easels, refreshments, etc.)
  • Schedule appointments and meticulously maintain calendars for leaders as requested.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for leaders, ensuring all reimbursements are quickly processed and balanced against expense submissions
  • Process orders for new equipment or new requisitions through the procurement management system
  • Support Leadership team meetings, tracking of attendance, recap meeting and distribute as appropriate
  • Creation of communications and powerpoints
  • Partner with internal staff at all levels
  • Periodic interactions with external clients
  • Maintain confidence and protect operations by exhibiting appropriate discretion to keep information confidential

Qualifications

  • AA degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4-5 years providing administrative support at an executive level
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), expense reporting systems and travel booking systems
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, particularly with internal and external executives
  • Ability to familiarize self with company products, standards, processes in multiple areas of Experian
  • Ability to familiarize self with roles and responsibilities of different organizations in multiple areas of Experian
  • Ability to work closely with Assistants from other business units and all regions around the world
